Export Error: BL01001973 - sourcelinekey 1006 provided for item '4' doesn't not match with key of source item '1''

Issue: You receive the following error exporting an invoice to Intacct.

Errors returned from Intacct: Error: BL01001973 - sourcelinekey 1006 provided for item '4' doesn't not match with key of source item '1''

Solutions:

  1. The PO/Sub lines may have changed in Intacct after the lines were added to the invoice in Paperless. Remove the invoice lines in Paperless, re-add them, and try again.    

  2. The item on the PO line was changed. Try clearing the PO line field and add it back. Does the item stay the same?
