Problem
When exporting to Intacct you receive an error similar to the following
"Vendor: X-XXXX (Vendor Name) Invoice #: XXXXX-XXXX Error: Errors returned from Intacct:
Error: BL03000113 - Error validating form data.Folder name is not valid [Support ID: I99-EWEB033%7EZx-P3P5d0Py46hQ-H1_5dgAAABM]"
Cause
The Paperless Attachment Sync folder is likely missing from within Intacct.
Solution
In Sage Intacct, create the Paperless Attachment Sync folder. This MUST be done at the Top Level
At the Top Level in Sage Intacct, click on Company > Setup > Attachment Folders
On the Attachment folders screen click Add
In the "Name" field, name your folder Paperless Attachment Sync. Do not add a parent folder. Then click Save.
Your new folder should be created and your export should work correctly.
