Under the Administration Tab > Job Poll there is a Payment Retrieval Job, which brings in the payments to the Payment Manager.
When you Edit the Payment Retrieval job, you can see the schedule for how often that job is set to run. In the screenshot below, this job will be sent to the queue once an hour at the 5-minute mark for Vault 4, 3, and 5.
Clicking the Refresh button on the payment manager module is equivalent to clicking the Run Now button for the Payment Retrieval Job. The Run Now button adds the job to the queue to be run.
⚠️ Keep in mind... The Job Poll Jobs run in sequence, so any jobs running or already in the queue will finish before the Payment Retrieval Job runs.
If you want to see how long that job takes to run, you can click on the View Log button. Be sure to enable Log Scheduling on the Edit screen for that Job, otherwise, we will only log errors.
